I am struggling with a decision to sell all of my woodworking tools, I have been in the hobby for about 20 years and have gone though some peaks and valleys of interest with it but for the last 3 or 4 years I have not had much interest in starting or finishing projects. As I side note I have sold my house and I am in the process of moving and will need to put everything in storage as we have not found a new house yet. Getting into wood working is expensive and at best I can sell my tools at a 50% discount . Things I don’t like about the hobby is the noise and dust and I do not handle myself well when things go wrong on a project , but I do like the feeling of accomplishment when I do complete a piece of furniture that actually turns out. If I give up this hobby I would pursue something to do with technology, maybe a youtube channel. I am wondering is anyone has struggled with deciding to get out of a hobby when there is a lot of money tied up in the decision?
