It doesn’t make sense to make ‘Asian’ a race if East Asians are the only Asians in the category

West, South, North, Central and sometimes South-East Asians are Asians, and yet people deny that they are Asians.

It does not make sense to make it a race, if the other regions are not included who are also Asians.

Yes, maybe because East and South-East Asians were the first the Asians they may have seen, but that does not mean the other regions are being excluded all because they don’t fit the same stereotypes as East Asians.

Should Asian even be a race in the first place? Each of the regions looks different, with skin tones, facial features, culture and ethnicities. All of them are different to one another, all of them are Asians. Yet people like to think that Asian is a race and only include East Asians into that category.
