I’m not sure if this is an allowed post or not, but I’m looking to find the best hobbies for me.
One of my doctors recommended that I try new hobbies to reduce anxiety, stress, depression, and increase social interactions.
So far, i have my required plant collection. Lol. Then I have word searches, wordle, reading.
I like watching tv. I’ve posted on the bird watching subreddit for tips for that. I love animals. I have a betta fish . I love rocks—I’m basically an otter or a penguin just collecting little piles of rocks and gems. I just bought a paint by number kit to try that . I used to love math when I was very young, but developed math fear later on
I’ve made iris folded paper cards, and that was ok. Someone recommended origami.
I like fishing and camping, walking outside. Bugs are cool. Shrimp/brine shrimp. I’m not really sure what else I’m into offhand. Any suggestions?
