The best way imho is to just pepper it in and sip the milk, slurping the floating bits off the top until you can’t taste the powder anymore, then adding another dash, sip, repeat.
The salt and msg will accumulate at the bottom and will become more and more present as you finish.
Swirl the last sip in the glass to get a hit of the flavor stuck at the bottom for that chefs kiss of a finisher.
Horrifyingly unhealthy for sure, but wow, addicting.
