Be **specific** in the activity’s setting , and try to keep to 1-2 concise benefits.

I’ll go:

* Tennis lessons ~ good year-round aerobic exercise; very popular sport in my industry so good for networking
* Sailing/kayaking club ~ weather greatly affects my mood so being outdoors 3x/wk is a great mental pickup.
* Volunteer cooking for poor ~ life skill that saves money. Technically also professional skill since cooking in large commercial kitchens is not the same as home cooking.
* Piano ~ readily available way to escape screens for 30 minutes or so
